Terms and Conditions
*GSGA reserves the right to deny/approve funds request that fit the mission statement and the definition of professional development, appeals may be re-submitted.
* GSGA’s mission is to assist as many graduate students as possible; students that have not received funds from GSGA have a higher priority than other students that have already received funds that school term.
* If GSGA approves a request from a group of graduate students (5+) then the group may be asked to provide a short presentation to GSGA after the disbursement of funds.
*Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis
*In order to receive reimbursement for travel to a conference, General Accounting requires that a copy of the conference brochure or program be submitted with your receipts.
If attending a summer conference before July 1, the funds request falls in the spring semester. Any conference after July 1, the funds requests should be submitted in the fall semester.
